We have 3 different plans available to patients. There are 2 VIP Plans and an Insurance Only Plan.

Patients participating in the Aspire Care Plan VIP are eligible for their complimentary set of yearly labs after 90 days of enrollment.
*A parent or guardian must also be a participating patient for children to participate in the Aspire Care Plan VIP (no insurance).

No, Aspire Family Medical has multiple plans available for patients, including one for patients who do not have traditional medical insurance. However, at the very least, we do recommend that you carry a medical sharing plan or major medical insurance for emergency situations and major surgeries.

While we do what we can to reduce hospital situations, such as stitches for minor lacerations. A major emergency may require us to direct you to the hospital. In this situation, we can still keep close contact with you while you are hospitalized. When you are discharged we will follow-up with you soon after to make sure you continue to get better.

Of course! In fact, you may benefit from our services the most. Eligibility for participation in an Aspire Care Plan at Aspire Family Medical is not based on existing medical issues or conditions, however if you are on the insurance only plan you may be subject to insurance rules. However, our care does not change based on these conditions.

Yes! We understand this may be more simple for some patients vs. the monthly payments.

Yes. We offer a plan for families with both parents and a plan for single parent households for our VIP memberships. Both plans include 2 children. Additional children added to a family plan is only $40/child.
