To be a member at Aspire Family Medical you do not need health insurance. We offer our services direct to the patient without the hassle of insurance. We do recommend that you carry a medical sharing plan or major medical insurance for emergency situations and major surgeries.

While we do what we can to reduce hospital situations, such as stitches for minor lacerations. A major emergency may require us to direct you to the hospital. In this situation, we can still keep close contact with you while you are hospitalized. When you are discharged we will follow-up with you soon after to make sure you continue to get better.”

We do not interact with any insurance carriers, whether for billing or medical records. This information is yours and such information should not determine quality healthcare coverage. We do not share your medical records with anyone unless you ask us to. When a prescription is called out to a pharmacy, we do not share medical history with it. This keeps your information where it should be… with you!

If by “alternative” you mean greater access to care at a more affordable price, than yes. Our approach to medical care as a business model is the primary difference, cutting out insurance and giving you care without the red-tape of insurance. As far as medical purposes, Kerstin Gillespie is Nurse Practitioner who practices traditional care. We are not what is termed “alternative medicine,” but practice evidence-based traditional medicine.
