About Aspire Family Medical

At Aspire Family Medical in Liberty Hill, TX, we believe wellness is a comprehensive, dynamic state in which to continue making improvements information must be received to increase knowledge and skills. Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible, personalized healthcare, and ensure our patients are well-informed and educated about their wellness options.

We are a Primary Care Medical Clinic serving patients with or without traditional insurance coverage. We have a plan for those without health insurance coverage where patients pay a monthly membership fee to gain access to primary care services from our providers called the Aspire Care Plan.

Regardless of insurance coverage, every patient of Aspire Family Medical enjoys several advantages over regular primary care visits. For our Aspire Care Plans, the monthly cost encompasses benefits such as extended appointment times, annual physicals, after hours texting, and more. We aim to keep our overhead costs low which, in turn, keeps costs more affordable for patients. Included with the VIP Aspire Care Plans, patients are eligible for their complimentary set of yearly labs after 90 days of membership. Being a patient at Aspire is a way to save money while getting more personalized, accessible, and thorough health care.

Kerstin Gillespie, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC

Kerstin celebrates 40 years in healthcare. She was originally drawn to healthcare because she wanted to learn how to help others optimize their health. This later translated into her life-long career and then became the focus of her doctorate degree, as a Nurse Practitioner.

Kerstin and her husband, Dr. Thad Gillespie, have lived in the Liberty Hill area for more than 25 years and raised their, now grown, children within the Liberty Hill schools and community. Thad is the co-owner and founder of Liberty Hill Dental, Liberty Hill Learning and Event Center, and Dental Genius Assisting School. Kerstin values developing relationships with her patients, so that she understands their priorities and lifestyle. Her goal is to help her patients improve their wellness and health literacy, so that they are making informed decisions about their care. She loves getting to know her patients and aspires to treat them just like her family. Ever the lifelong learner, Kerstin is continuously taking classes to further her knowledge, whether it be continuing healthcare education, new certifications, music, or other creative classes. She is certified in weight loss management through the Obesity Medicine Association. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her dogs, raising chickens, gardening, crafting, camping, playing her steel drum, spending time with her husband and family, and traveling.

Nicole Gillespie

Nicole moved to central Texas from Tacoma, Washington in the beginning of 2021. She joins Aspire as the Clinic Concierge, a reception customer service specialist. Her expertise comes from her experience in many customer service roles, beginning during high school. Nicole, her husband, Jack, and 2 dogs, Hazel and Sounder, are proud Liberty Hill residents and look forward to raising a family within the community. She enjoys the warm and sunny Texas weather, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, playing pool, and music. Nicole has a special talent; she has taken singing lessons most of her life and has an incredible voice.

Robin Pierce, CMA

Robin grew up in Austin,Texas, and after graduating from Anderson High School quickly found her passion was helping people. After graduating Austin Medical Assistant school she obtained her Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) license and began her career in hormone and weight loss in 2018, and Neurology until 2024. She previously worked with Kerstin and is excited to join the Aspire team, to help patients Aspire to wellness.

Over the years, Robin has learned that patients are not just a number or patient; they are people trying to understand what is going on with their health. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, and she enjoys developing a relationship with each person, considering them as extended family. 

In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, husband, daughter, and dog at their home, weight training, and doing almost any outdoor activity.
